20 Books of Summer Challenge

This is a challenge I found on 746books which I thought sounded interesting! Other people doing this challenge have their 20 books all picked out that they plan on reading, but I really can’t read that way. So I’ll just list off the books as I go! The challenge expands from June 1st to September 3rd. With my busyness of the summer, I’m not entirely sure I’ll be able to finish 20 books, but I’m hoping to hit a milestone of 10 or 15! I’ll also be writing a review of each book I read. Enjoy. xoxo

1. The Girl on the Train by Paula Hawkins

Started: June 1st, 2017

Finished: June 5th, 2017

Number of Pages: 323

Genre: Psychological Thriller

Review: This novel was captivating from start to finish. Hawkins did an excellent job capturing the true essence of desperation and humanity within each of the dynamic characters. A story of infidelity, vices, and murder- The Girl On the Train is with out a doubt a psychological thriller that I would recommend to any reader wishing to infatuated until the last word printed.

2. The Life We Bury by Allen Eskens

Started: June 6th, 2017

Number of Pages: 315

Genre: Mystery
